Kaarin is a unique, creative, systems thinker who provides insights, strategy and support. Throughout each project, she imparts wisdom that empowers leaders to run their organization at a higher level moving forward.
Since launching her consultancy in 2010, Kaarin has played a critical role in helping some of the Seacoast’s most beloved organizations grow and thrive, including her transformational work with Catapult Seacoast, Planet Rangers, and TEDxPortsmouth, which she currently leads as producer and licensee.
It is Kaarin’s belief that by helping social entrepreneurs, business and nonprofit leaders increase their capability to serve others, she is contributing to a better world too.
Kaarin holds a BA in Communication and a Master of Business Administration from The Paul College of Business and Economics at UNH. A lifelong Seacoast resident, she lives with her husband, son and twin daughters in Portsmouth.
