Meet Kaarin.

Principal, Kaarin Milne, partners with individuals and teams that are mission driven, socially conscious and eager to up-level all or part of their organization to become it’s best version of itself.

Kaarin has a strong record of pinpointing obstacles that hinder success and implementing effective solutions to move beyond them. Her goal is to provide the insights, strategy and support that enhance organizational stability across business functions, then step back as the true leaders reassume the reins.

Since launching her company in 2010, Kaarin has played a critical role in helping some of the Seacoast’s most beloved organizations grow and thrive, from her transformational work with Planet Rangers to TEDxPortsmouth.

It’s her belief that by helping social entrepreneurs and nonprofit leaders reduce inefficiencies and increase their capacity to serve others, she is contributing to a better world too.

Kaarin received her Master of Business Administration (MBA), focused in Organizational Leadership, Development & Strategy, from The University of New Hampshire, Paul College of Business and Economics. A lifelong Seacoast resident, she lives with her husband, son and twin daughters in Portsmouth.
